My goals for Fall 2024

As always at the beginning of a new semester, I have outlined my goals for the upcoming semester. I will be traveling to two conferences, so there will be some time spent away form my office.

Here’s what I will be focusing on:

• Submit 4 papers
• Research report
• EU proposal
• Other proposals
• Teach graduate course on Assessment of Existing Concrete Structures
• Teach undergraduate Bridge Design course
• Work on next deliverables of EU project (nothing due this year, but I need to make progress)
• Finalize project on fire research
• Analyze natural fiber tests further
• Plan final year of 2 PhD candidates
• ABET accreditation visit
