Receiving coaching to become a full professor

 As I’m chewing over some questions on how to make a bigger impact with my work, I am exploring the possibilities to receive individual coaching. At the same time, I have joined the DrivenWoman network, to get group coaching, and I fondly remember the group coaching I had during my PhD. I love how I can learn from my ways of thinking and working in such sessions. To see if my story is common, I ran a poll on Twitter. It turns out that it is not as common as I thought!
